Step 4 — Activation & Reboot

Note: iOS does not require any "Trust Developer" steps because IBO Player is an Apple-signed application.

Setup on MAG / Formuler / STB Boxes

  1. Power on your MAG, Formuler Z11, Dreamlink, BuzzTV or compatible box.
  2. Locate the device MAC address in Settings → System Information.
  3. Send the MAC to [email protected] with your subscription email.
  4. QueboStream loads your portal credentials directly to the box within 60 minutes.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Channels won't load after activation

Force-close IBO Player completely and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your device (TV, Firestick or box). 95% of "no channels" issues resolve at this step.

Stream buffers or freezes

Run a speed test directly on your device. If you're below 25 Mbps consistently on Wi-Fi, switch to a wired Ethernet connection. If your ISP delivers 50+ Mbps but buffering still happens, contact QueboStream support and we'll move you to a Quebec-priority server.
